I joined Fit Body by Jessica on November 2015 with both my daughters to try to help each other stay motivated and continue with a fitness routine. My youngest daughter stopped going, but I continued attending classes 3-4 days a week with my oldest daughter. I have struggled to lose weight now that I’m much older. Since starting Fit Body by Jessica and following her healthy eating tips I was able to lose 25 lbs. My hard work has payed off. I’m now much more leaner and in the process I have gained muscle.
