I’ve been struggling with my weight for about 10 years now… and after two pregnancies, depression, anxiety, really bad eating habits, and no exercise, (and any other excuse you could think of) its been so hard to loose weight.

This year I decided, this is the year! I will do everything in my power to try my best and loose weight.  I joined Fit Body by Jessica, and its been so hard, but I begin to see changes in my body.

Im so excited to see my body changing, and can’t wait to see how much more it will change in the months to come! For the first time in my life I could do burpees!! (which I never had done before)
